The ETA DocuZap® System is an enterprise software solution that offers document imaging, document management, and Internet accessibility to customer defined and required documents. Organizations utilize the ETA DocuZap® System to help streamline their business processes, improve cash flow and access and share information with their employees, customers, and business partners.
The ETA DocuZap® System supports Rendition Billing eliminating the many wasted hours per day required to match and attach documents to customer invoices. The ETA DocuZap® System automatically prints supporting documents that your customers require along with the individual or statement formatted freight bills. Additionally, The ETA DocuZap® System supports high-speed Bar-Code Recognition to automate much of the imaging process.
The system supports complete Known Shipper functionality and prevents the tendering of Unknown Shipper freight to passenger airlines. The rate quote module allows for the generation of cost-plus, flat mark-up, or margin percentage quotes.
