Traditional On-Premises Installation

Software licenses are purchased with a one time cost, and the software is installed on servers at your location. Licenses are purchased for each site, module and user. There is no ongoing license fee. Up front costs are higher, but ongoing costs are completely under your control. Users access the software through your local area network (LAN), or through the internet to your central server location.

 

If fixed cost, total data security and vendor independence is important to you, this is the way to go.

 

Purchased Hosting.

Software licenses are purchased with a one time cost, and the software is installed on servers in an off-site DataCenter. Users access the system via the Internet. Licenses are purchased for each site, module and user. There is no ongoing license fee. Up front costs are higher, but ongoing costs are completely under your control. You can elect to bring the software OnPremises at any time, and install it on your own servers.

 

This option also eliminates the support hassles common in OnPremises software. If you do not have reliable or in-house IT staff, this might be a better option than OnPremises.

 

For multi-site installations, considerable expertise is required to properly set up and secure WAN (Wide Area Network) connections between your locations. The Purchased Hosting option is automatically configured for secure remote access, so adding and maintaining multiple sites is a breeze.

ETA OnDemand.

The software is hosted at an ETA datacenter, and all of your users access the system online via the internet. You pay a monthly fee to "rent" the software. There is no large up front license to pay. Terms are month to month, so you have no long term commitment. Adding or removing modules, sites and users can be done at will. You only pay for what you use. The OnDemand to Purchased path allows you to use the software on a monthly basis, and at any time you can convert to a purchased OnPremises or Purchased Hosting plan.

 

On Site Training.

For organizations that need to train a number of staff simultaneously, we can bring our training to your site. We employ a "train the super users" methodology wherein we concentrate the deep knowledge in a few of your users who them become experts in the covered areas of the system. An investment in Onsite Training will pay significant dividends.

Our expert trainers can tailor the course to meet your organization's particular needs and the level of experience and expertise of your participants. They can work with small or large groups, and they are skilled at ensuring that each and every trainee gets the most out of the experience.

 

Online Training.

Supplemental training can be provided after the initial system install, or primary training to new employees or for smaller systems. Also, you may want to want to focus on a particular feature or area of the software or a new module that has been added.

 

Groups of up to four users can be trained at a time that suits you via the acclaimed GoToMeeting system (using the Internet and a conference call connection). You will actually use the software under the guidance of our trainer, who will answer any questions you have. This way you can achieve what you need from the session without even leaving the office.

We offer LIVE one to one Online Training sessions, tailored to your needs and even using your own data, right on the user's own screen.

 

Support Contracts.

Support contracts are available from Basic (9-5 support) to full enterprise dedicated support (24/7/365).

Financing.

On Premises and Purchased Hosting are eligible for Lease financing. Terms up to 5 years available. Lease can include hardware, software, training and consulting services.
